REAL STORIES
Dear gf4u,I have a common testimony that I have not had one problem w/ my IBS since I've been using it. I put it in my food daily and so far I have lost 32 lbs. of my 100lb. goal. I work on 10 lbs. @ a time and it's not so tuff! I have to re-order now because I lost the last 1/3 of the 96oz. by moving. Don't ask I don't know how. I just want to thank you for a great product and i don't take HRT either.

I began using the flax seed when I sampled it at a craft fair in Colorado. I just had my second child and I noticed within only a weeks of regular use, that I had increased energy and an added benefit of weight loss. My appetite was decreased once I began taking it shortly before meals. I would recommend flax seed particularly from flax4u because of it's good customer service and careful handling of the packaging process.
